I just started hiring some people for this podcast and trying to figure out, okay, how do I hire effectively? And I'm curious if you have any insight for somebody just going from zero to one. So I think one of the really important things when you're hiring is, can you write down your core values? Generally, four or five core values that you have as a company and that you want the people who come into the company to embody.
