Wicapaedia Is a Critical Tool for Sharing Knowledge
Only about 18 % of the biographies on english ricopaedia are about women. There is a bias that we have to do to close the gap, particularly as it relates to women and the content of women on ricopedia. This goes back to what i talked about early, about our universal code of conduct in creating a place that is safe and thriving and acceptable. We need leaders within our movement to be more diverse so that we can create a space shifts the structures of our power,. Even in our movement, so that they're more representative of the world.
