What ore the body changes when you think of these emotions and these behaviors,. And those four categories are the motions, the behaviors, the body symptoms and perspective. Now use this as an example to help you to do this exercise, k, to help you start seeing the signs. You can increase the alpha wave in the brain, which helps you to look inside and get in touch with what’s going on with your non conscious mind.
