i think that clip doesn't absolutely masterful job of providing an analogy to how marriage has changed in america in the last, say, 50 years or more. And i would say a whole lot of people might not want to deal with something that fragile and delicate. But like he says, those of us who get it right, that is. When there's the right grower and the right context, the flavors are just haunting and brilliant and subtle and ancient.
