The Lumineer Brothers - The First to Present Projected Moving Pictures
The first to present projected moving pictures to a paying audience were the Lumineer Brothers in 1895. On February 2nd, 1912, the first known color film are King and Queen of India. So this was a silent documentary that was shot that predated the Wizard of Oz in color. This was probably the first movie with audio that was probably in color and audio maybe.
