The Power of Listening
Bob Greene: I've been reading a lot about Zen and Ken Wilbur, a spectrum of consciousness. But within just minutes on this first phone call, talking to Bill, I understood that he wasn't speculating. He was telling me things that the people who wrote the books seems to be confident about. And so in that moment, something tipped over in my mind, very discreet moment where I stopped talking and started listening.
