The Importance of Research in a Project
I think I'm quite lucky that I don't find myself really justifying the research part of a project. One, I think I do a very good job of clearly explaining my process and that research is a huge part of that. And then I think the other reason why I'm kind of lucky that Idon't have to justify it so much is that I'm working with clients who also kind of understand that it's the route that they need to take to get the outcome that they want. It'd be very surprising if you came to me and said hey can we just like crack on with a project without any research at all.
