The Importance of Forgiveness

I would say never play safe. Just go with your heart, go with your guts. It is a wonderful right to follow and makes life so much more interesting than playing safe. With that practice, I feel I'm ready to walk out into the day. Another thing is to somehow get into nature. So here it's quite wonderful because the sea is only five minutes' walk. I get into the sea as often as possible, maybe not every day, but quite regularly in swim. But that's just what makes me feel very happy indeed.
