Is Evidence Based Mental Health Just a Myth?

In short term pharma clinical trials, a teens on the drugs were more than twice as likely to become suicidal compared to placiva. And at this point, isn't it, can't we just say that evidence based mental health care is just a myth? It's an absolute myth, an absolute myth. Just about everyone who ends up in some kind of clinic setting for their mental health will be prescribed more drugs. There are never solutions that don't involve drugs, or very rarely solutions that don’t involve drugs. We actually see in clinical practice that doctors are prescribing a drug that's going to increase suicidality. It's very sad.
