Strategy Matters
The term strategy is one of the most overused and misunderstood terms in business. A strategy is the approach or method you use to achieve the goal. So if my goal is to get to the top of a mountain, then i can employ multiple strategies to get there. One strategy might be cleaning a climbing up the sheer face of the mountain. Another strategy might be going through the long circuitous path along the back to getto the top in a more gentle slope. The strategy matters because the tools and techniques and resources you need are different for achieving the same goal. It's critically important. Yes.
