The Importance of Regional Issues in Retention

The church is basically not growing. We've only increased wards and branches and stakes by a total of 1% per year, which is a real indication that the church isn't growing. Our produce is that raw growth or nominal growth is one thing. And the actual butts in the seats at church is an entirely different thing.
