We Don't Know How Many Civilians Were Killed in Afghanistan

There were 99,800 US military members in Afghanistan compared to 117,227 contractors. When President Biden announced the withdrawal in April, we had 2,500 troops in Afghanistan and 18,000 contractors. The official toll is that 47,000 civilians died, along with 51,000 people who have been branded as opposition fighters. I don't believe for one second that all of the people branded as enemy combatants actually were.
