I was very much stuck in what we also, sociologists, and probably all social sciences want to do, right? Like study the movements, study the people that are doing the cool things. But suddenly it became quite clear to me that even if I read all these books about the struggles and the movements, the majority of the people are really not doing anything. And for Argentina it became huge, right? Even though everyone is proud of what's happening in Argentina, but then no one is doing anything about the negative consequences,. So the question becomes into, okay, how can we explain not the odd event, which is the mobilization really?, she said.
