In 2008 to 2017, export supply capacity increased in many of the countries in which these ports are located. After 2012, these increases were especially striking and were also recorded in some parts of the Middle East and North Africa and Europe. If you have good transport and logistic infrastructure, one of the reasons for China's explosive export growth is obviously the high quality of the infrastructure that was provided. Without it, it's very difficult. You can't really develop export manufacturing.
