How to Choose the Right People for Your Career

When we think about growing the tribe, who are the people that are going to work within this environment and help us advance on our goals? We essentially have a profile that describes the attributes of those people. Those include things not surprisingly like we want people that are by their actions demonstrating they give more than they take. Part of what I do is assess where does the needle fall on those two dimensions for that person?
