It's not designed to be removed, even though you can pull really hard and rip it out the back. The hinge is incredibly well balanced. If you get the height adjustment, which is 400 extra dollars, yeit higt adjust really stable. It doesn't rotate, which actually makes it feel more stable than the protes pla xard, which is a thousand dollars stand ah. You're not designed to upgrade it. And that's like let's say you have a cat chewing on the cable, you often now replace the entire monitor. I see a lot of people saying, what difference does that make? And i agree and disagree.
