How Do You Get More Feedback Loops?
The idea of 10,000 hours is not really about hours It's actually about like 10,000 feedback loops. Most people don't get better at their jobs pretty quickly after they start their jobs because they don't get any feedback. We're so close to being able to equate to yourself all the time automatically on whatever you're reading as a way as a forcing function and I'm excited for that.
