The Importance of Core Values

The real value is just in asking the question. What specifically does your family do and for whom? Then really, if you were to boil that down, make it even simpler. It's like a one sentence definition of what it is that you do. The Schmitz family core values are hanging on our living room wall. We don't live up to them 100% of the time but we're much more likely to walk those out.
