There's just another level that emerges when you start racing for six hours on a bike and then at the end you're going to have protection thing. So, this may be the longest podcast you've published if you put all this out there so I generally just stick it out there if I, yeah, there's nothing to leave anyway but if I did I know what's happening is I say I like to talk about it earlier because I know that's really good.
