In the poem, we only get these visions second or third hand. They are filtered through the perceptions of the characters. There is a tension between earthly paradise and this heavenly perfection. The spiritual fulfilment that is achieved is purelyin vidual, not collective. Camelot does not get to enjoy the attainment of the grail,. only the worthiest individual, which is galahad.
