I think we all fail at listening. That's the magical thing that we all need to do a better job of. And I may be more conscious of it when I fail at it because of improv. Some people are introverts and some people are extroverts. Whatever comes out is fully formed and perfect. As a leader, you have to kind of call BS on the politics when you see it.
