Do You Redeploy a TAM to Be a Billable Consultant?

A lot of times in these processes, you need to do cuts. And one of the tricks I like to use before a layoff or during a layoff is redeployment. You can deploy a TAM to be a billable consultant. If there's features that are going to help us reduce churn, we need to have that conversation with product management. The two common approaches that don't work: excel and hallucination.
