Should Patients Have Neuroaxial Anesthesia for ECV?

The risk of a spinal over an epidural was just too high for something like an ECV. But this has now changed. All the usual studies have found a significantly greater success rate for ECV associated with the use of epidural anesthesia. The question is which one should they get? Patient preference and anesthesiologist or CRNA preference as well.
