Using a Cpu in a C++ Environment Is a Good Idea but It's a Bad Idea.
The way that you do things fast is by operating on large groups of things. The garbage collecting collection thing has turned out not to have been a good idea, he says. "You're missing like the opportunity cost of having had this bundled together with a lot of things" He also explains how memory speed isn't going to change anytime soon.
