There's an actual ethics literature base inspired by these sorts of laws and how do we make them more sophisticated, less susceptible to counter examples or reinterpretation. Some philosophers think there's no way to make them totally foolproof. The famous counter example in the literature is one where AI takes away some human good because they see that humans use that good to oppress other humans. That's like a very science fiction type case.
