Many take this as Rosa having a hard time accepting she is not the one in control. The police inform her that they have a arrest warrant for Alexi and not a warrant to search for her house. In the end of the video, the officer with the body camera is kind of escorting Alexi out of the house to make sure that she's not grabbing any weapons and just grabbing sanitary products.
