The biggest California symptom as I see it and this will make sense to a lot of your listeners. You know California is not a place that likes to eat it broccoli. They are interested in investing in what's next they are interested in sort of figuring out how they're going to revolutionize everything so resources flow to the next kind of whiz bank thing right. And there are other sort of like public policies that are kind of layered on top of the management of their energy grid that just make it hard like you can't use coal in California or new gas plants in California, for example.
