What I Like About Singapore Is That It Has No Natural Liquor

I would like to learn from Norway, but I would like even more if you give me your natural liquor. You earn from the oil and then divest from fossil fuels. The good thing about Singapore is that they have no natural liquor, it's no. Well, they do a lot of refining there, so. Not that I'm aware of. But what made it, is it kind of one, an incidental congenc, that what I would have maybe said about Singapore of this Chinese proclivity to hard work and English legislation or what? There must have been some unique combination there.
