How Do You Find the Five People That You Trust?

With the insurance, which we're selling, we'll be down to like 30 to 50 probably now. And everybody in our storage buildings running them is not our employees. We have about 70 people per day on site. Next year 700 subcontractor people have. Your superintendent per site and then a project manager runs for supers. So you've got a quarter million dollars and you got 50 people responsible for growing that. Yeah. A five right now. I would do step to six. You cannot buy trust. Once they have trust, they can be taught usually as long as they have the passion. Those are the most two most important things. The rest will follow. Love it.
