The State Attorney General's Prosecution of Fake Electors

There is a strategic case for the state cases, to go ahead even potentially before the federal cases. The states are picking up speed in terms of their prosecution of people involved in January 6 today. Two fake electors in Michigan were indicted. Bonnie Willis has been very clear that she's ready to go. And then we don't know what's going to happen in other states that Trump targeted to disenfranchise voters there.
