The Black Thing

My girlfriend said aloud she wanted to watch Pulp Fiction as soon as I stood up to grab the tape it was like an invisible hand smacked that exact tape and it flew directly in the garbage can beside the TV. She told me how she saw what we would eventually call the black thing as well. Some nights she'd feel like someone would plop down on the foot of her bed but nothing would be there. My dad is terrified at the idea of ghosts and refuses to talk about them so we have never asked him if he had seen anything. The only difference between my shadow person and other people's accounts were my shadow man actually touched things.
