Ron DeSantis has gone after the First Amendment like a Viking berserker. This is where you're going to be running straight on into Supreme Court precedent that very clearly says you can't really take a category of speech and apply additional punishments. The reason why is really pretty clear so let's leave a part aside insight violence for a moment which there'd be a really interesting question about proof how do you prove that a social media post insights violence.
