Y yen: I think there's no excuse for any professional person to be responsible or irresponsive. There was a period after moving to the states that i would call my growing pain year. And also being very young and taking on quite a bit of responsibility very early, it was very, very tough. The only way you can understand who you are as a person is by making mistakes.
