The 2008 Great Recession and the Fear of a Soft Landing
A lot of people are holding out hopes that we could, I don't want to say soft landing because that's been overused and I think we've kind of rolled that out. A lot of it too is that there's really not a whole lot of answers, at least in the public, right? And then you have, you know, what's really driving the curves is that we have the combination of an already weak economy. There's really no place to hide Europe is not doing very well. China's reopening is faltering. It's global concerns about a globally weak economy that can't really afford any more substantial shocks.
