How to Reject a Classmate

The homework would be to schedule some rejection practice and report back to the group with a group email. You can also write down on the daily mood log for homework. The positive thought you came up with, we didn't stop to have you write them down. It would be good in retrospect to make sure you can blow all these negative thoughts out of the water on paper. And then I can do it like see an example or say that to myself in the moment. Get like a little objection, a little booster vaccination type of thing. Right?
