i b m design was already very attractive because, you know, they had a really nice, still design language. So it was a privilege to get a designer. And alsoa, they had younow, they're just wha, enough designers. They were hiring lots and lots and lots. But i think some business units were pushing back on that, because they wanted their own designers under their head count. A. It definitely affected the way that i approached things at consensus,. Because i saw the damage that can happen when a team feels like a person is allicated to them and can be pulled away at any moment.
