The Way People Survive

If you're looking for a kind of a historical example of a collapse that most mirrors the way we tend to look at it in fiction, it would probably be what happened to the indigenous population. But also, as much as it does seem to mirror some of our uno kind of fictional depictions of viral outbreaks or other sort of of socity calamities, the ways in which people survived don't really, in any meaningful way, mirror ther our kind of popular fictional depiction of those sorts of situations.
