The Importance of Communication in Health Coaching

When she was starting out in 2009, nobody had ever heard of a health coach before. Some people are going to think, you know what, I'm good. But when we're talking about a substantial investment, they're like, nah, I don't need that. Are there any reasons why somebody might not jump at a chance to get healthier? Tell me in the comments.
