"If I didn't tell the story well and he didn't get the services, he would have nowhere to go, nothing to do, and nobody to do it with. A truly lonely life," she says of her son who has developmental disabilities. "I am not feeling particularly cool or put together ... so now it's my turn to go in... And pretty quickly it becomes like a boxing ring."
