Is It a Systemic Issue?

I won't name your name for sharing your story. I think it's great that you're able to identify that it was not acceptable to get a call from your manager at 10 p.m. and to work on projects. And also again, it makes me wonder and question a lot about the working cultures and industries. Is this a systemic issue within the type of company culture or this industry? Or do some companies just lack some proper management structure? You know, from my experience, like I have also worked in client settings and usually those are really high burnout environments.
