The Importance of Communication in an Organization
The first big challenge was really identifying you know in fact identifying that the team won wasn't the hardest part. Some of those people have worked with me for a number of years and in fact some of it followed me from previous companies. To be able to tell them that look when changing the structure of the organization they're not going to report directly to me anymore is a big shock.
