The Myth of the Solo Dev Building Everything My Way

When I get my first major Rails app, I spent 10 years on this code base. And there was a point where I was making it difficult for other people to work in the code base because it had to be mine. It held the business back and held other people back from being able to just let go of that. There's nothing wrong with that as long as you're aware of it.
