The proportion of women who are economically active is the same, but the hours they work have declined drastically in 2019 compared to 98. And finally, my paper with my student, Jitendra Singh, we show that literally every four months, women are entering and exiting employment over frequent intervals. Four month intervals are not too short for social norms to change. So when you put these are the dots, I mean, that we were talking about earlier. Now when you put all these dots and start joining them, the picture that emerges is that yes, there is a problem of domestic chores, but that can be solved. You know, provided we again realize that it's solvable, actionable
