Battle with the Vine Blight

The characters engage in a intense battle with a dangerous vine blight. They narrowly avoid getting constricted by the blight's vines and one of the enemy hands gets devoured by a surprise beast. The chapter ends with Lady Agatha watching from the doorway, still terrified.
