In the last decade of bringing zendes to market, have there been step function changes in the way that you've thought about that? You gave one very small example of the difference between having a human involved in adding seats ver s allowing people to do it self serve. Are there crystallized insights that may be useful to others that are starting to bring products to market? And i think you need to put the f in to change behavior. It's changing those behaviors and incensing people differently. This moves the company along and eventually changes the growth trajectory.
