Stephanie Cohen was subpoenaed to testify about his investments in r c a. The move that federal regulators seemed to believe was a violation of insider trading laws. Cohen's lawyer drilled into him, "I respectfully decline to answer the question on the ground that i am being compelled to be a witness against myself" He can't lose this particular battle.
