The Problem With Religious Liberty
There's a great deal of misunderstanding on what it means to affirm a right to religious liberty in this document. A bishop who was present at the Second Vatican Council Bishop, Desmit, gave an explanation that is called a Ralazzio prefaceing this document. And if you just look at what it's not and what it is according to how the council fathers understood it, it clears up the vast majority of controversies here. But there are some still remaining questions that need to be addressed even beyond that.
