Is Russia Responsible for the Gas Pipelines?
I find it hard to imagine Jake Sullivan and Joe Biden green lighting this attack on European gas pipelines. It just feels so much out of character with the mainstream of thinking and foreign policy, the Democratic Party. I think what this shows us is lots of things - energy is still so fundamental to Europeans in a way that is not for the Americans,. America is energy independent by and large. Europe is not. And we had hoped they would ease energy pressure right now instead they've tightened it. Yasha: This really changes the way we approach crises and the freedom of maneuver that we have in these places. You know, Occam's razor, it was the Russians.
