Can the Germans Be Removed From Orders?

I fear this is going to be a major scandal in the African churches. I don't, I don't think Rome is going to layer size all those, all those bishops. It's not part of the apostolic tradition, the Catholic teaching. And so it makes it very difficult for our Catholic brothers and sisters in Africa to say, yeah, this is wrong.
