How to Measure Engagement and Behavior Change

When we're thinking about engagement and how that drives behavior change, what we're trying to do is build a picture of what the engagement looked like by an audience. For this podcast, we would not measure and define success solely based on the number of listeners. Oftentimes, success metrics are a point in time assessment, but it's important to understand what are meaningful milestones of intent and engagement.
